1. Who we are
This website is operated by The House of Sayssy, GSTIN 24AULPB2983J1ZH, with its principal place of business at Shop No. B-112 & 113, 1st Floor,, ICC (VIP) Market, Opp. Safal-1, Raipur,, Ahmedabad 380002, Gujarat, India.
2. Wholesale only
This is a business to business website. Products are sold in sets at wholesale rates to retailers, boutiques and resellers. By placing an order you confirm that you are buying for business purposes and not as a consumer.
3. How sets and pricing work
Prices shown on product pages are per piece and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Each design is sold as a complete set containing one piece of every listed size. The cart shows the total number of pieces and the set value. Quantities can only be increased in multiples of one full set.
4. Product images and descriptions
We photograph our garments as accurately as we can. Screen calibration, lighting and photography can cause the colour on your screen to differ slightly from the actual fabric. Minor variation in shade, print placement and measurement is inherent in stitched and dyed garments and is not a defect.
5. Stock and pricing accuracy
Stock levels shown on the site are updated continuously but can change between the time you add an item and the time you pay. If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will inform you and refund that portion. We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors, and to cancel an order affected by such an error with a full refund.
6. Orders and acceptance
An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or where the buyer has an unresolved dispute with us.
7. Payment
Full payment is required before dispatch unless a written credit arrangement is in place. Payments are processed through a secure gateway. Where credit terms have been agreed in writing, interest at 18% per annum applies to amounts overdue beyond the agreed date.
8. Title and risk
Ownership of the goods passes to you only when we have received payment in full. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the courier.
9. Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Returns and cancellations are governed by our Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.
10. Resale and branding
You may resell the goods you buy from us. You may not represent yourself as an authorised agent, franchisee or official distributor of The House of Sayssy without our written permission, and you may not use our brand name, logo or photographs in a way that suggests such a relationship.
11. Intellectual property
All designs, photographs, text and artwork on this site belong to us. They may not be copied, reproduced or used to manufacture similar goods without our written consent.
12. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect loss.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, power failure, government action or courier network failure.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
