Do you sell single pieces?
No. Every design is sold as a complete set, with one piece of each listed size. A design listed as M, L, XL, XXL ships as four pieces.
The price says 615. Why does the cart show 2,460?
The price on the listing is per piece. The cart multiplies it by the number of pieces in the set. Four pieces at 615 each is 2,460.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum is one full set of any design. If a minimum order value applies it will be shown in the cart before checkout.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Prices are exclusive of GST. GST is calculated and shown at checkout, and appears as a separate line on your tax invoice.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A proper GST tax invoice is generated for every order. Add your GSTIN to your Business Profile or at checkout and it will be printed on the invoice so you can claim input credit.
How do I create an account?
Enter your mobile number, receive a one time password by SMS and verify it. No password is needed. Add your firm name and GSTIN on first login.
Can I order without an account?
You can browse and add to cart without logging in, but you must verify your mobile number before checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1 to 3 working days within Gujarat and 3 to 6 working days elsewhere in India, after dispatch. See the Shipping and Delivery Policy for details.
Can I return goods if they do not sell?
No. We accept claims only for manufacturing defects, wrong dispatch, shortage or transit damage, raised within 48 hours with an unboxing video.
Do you take made to order production?
Yes. We produce to order at our factory, including private label. Contact us with your design, fabric, quantity and timeline.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through our secure gateway. Bank transfer can be arranged for large orders.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking link by SMS and email at dispatch. You can also see it under My Account, in Order History.
