This policy explains how orders placed on https://sayssy.com/ are packed, dispatched and delivered.
Order processing
Orders are processed on working days, Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are usually packed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders confirmed after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.
Made to order and bulk production orders are dispatched as per the timeline confirmed with you in writing at the time of order.
Delivery timelines
Once dispatched, typical transit times are:
- Gujarat: 1 to 3 working days
- Rest of India (metro and major cities): 3 to 6 working days
- Remote and North East locations: 5 to 10 working days
These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, strikes, festivals, regulatory checks or courier network issues are outside our control.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery pincode. The exact amount is shown before you pay. For large bulk orders shipped by transport or surface cargo, freight is quoted separately.
Tracking
You will receive the courier name and tracking number by SMS and email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also see it under My Account, in Order History.
Delivery attempts and address accuracy
Please make sure the delivery address, pincode and phone number are correct. Couriers usually make two or three delivery attempts. If a shipment is returned to us because the address was wrong, nobody was available, or the parcel was refused, the outbound and return freight will be charged to you before we re-ship.
Damaged or tampered parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, torn or re-taped, please refuse delivery or record an unboxing video before opening it. Claims for shortage or transit damage cannot be processed without this evidence.
